Giuseppe Casciere.

Giuseppe serves as Managing Director of Wise Capital Partners. With more than two decades of experience in financial services, Giuseppe has an extensive international track record in FinTech, investment management, investment banking and capital markets. 

As Chief Operating Officer of Genisys Digital, a FinTech company, he oversaw strategic planning, operations, and business development, leveraging his expertise in capital markets and digital transformation. Concurrently, he held the position of Head of Execution and Business Development at the Gibraltar Stock Exchange, where he managed the operations of a regulated securities exchange. 

Previously, Giuseppe was head of a team at Barclays in London that focused on the development and management of a portfolio of alternative investment funds and products for the clients of the bank, including high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

Prior to that, Giuseppe held roles at a European direct lending fund as Partner, at J.P. Morgan in the Solutions Product Development department, at Barclays Investment Bank in the Structured Products department, and at Simmons & Simmons and KPMG Legal.  

Giuseppe has strong skills and wide expertise in capital markets, investment structuring, legal and regulatory matters, as well as a true passion for innovation, technology and the digital transition.
